I specialise in working with neurodivergent children, young people and adults. I acquired extensive experience and skills in this area after several years working in a specialist neurodevelopmental service in the UK National Health Service (NHS) and now in private practice through Neurodiverse Online and my consultancy Online Psychology and Counselling Ltd. I have also worked with people with physical health problems and anxiety/mood problems. I have received supervision and/or training from Prof Doug Woods (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee), Dr Tara Murphy (Great Ormond Street Hospital, London), and Prof Susan Young (University College London) international leaders in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders.

I am trained to assess and diagnose autism using the ADOS, ADI-R and MIGDAS; and ADHD using various tools including the DIVA. I am trained to provide behaviour therapy for Tourette's/Tic Disorder (Habit Reversal Therapy, Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics - CBiTs and Exposure and Response Prevention - ERP). I have completed further specialist training in CBT, mindfulness and supervision. Furthermore, I am skilled at online working and have completed further specialist training in this area.
