I specialise in working with neurodivergent children, young people and adults. I acquired extensive experience and skills in this area after several years working in a specialist neurodevelopmental service in the UK National Health Service (NHS) and now in private practice through Neurodiverse Online and my consultancy Online Psychology and Counselling Ltd. I have also worked with people with physical health problems and anxiety/mood problems. I have received supervision and/or training from Prof Doug Woods (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee), Dr Tara Murphy (Great Ormond Street Hospital, London), and Prof Susan Young (University College London) international leaders in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders.

I am a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Tourettes Syndrome/Tic Disorder for more than 20 years. I am a registered practitioner psychologist with the health and care professions council (HCPC). I started my career working in a school for children with ASD and other related conditions. Since that time, I have worked assessing, diagnosing and helping both adults and children with ASD, other neuro developmental conditions and other mental health difficulties.

I have worked in healthcare for many years both in the NHS and private sector, with roles including working in a GP surgery and running the private practice of a consultant surgeon. In my private life, I am married with two sons who keep me very busy. I enjoy spending time with my family and gardening.
